Why I love it

Spinach is a great source of glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant, DNA protector, immunity strengthener, and free-radical fighting agent. Plus a lot of vitamins and easy to use in everything.

Cherries have a ton of Vitamin C which is good for skin and immunity, plus they provide B vitamins, manganese, copper, magnesium, and vitamin K. Cherries are also a good source of fiber, which helps keep your digestive system healthy by fueling beneficial gut bacteria.

Bananas are a good carb to help you fill full and satisfied, lots of potassium, Vitamin C, manganese and great for digestion.

Walnuts contain a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are healthier than saturated fats. In addition, walnuts have alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids, which may have anti-inflammatory effects that keep blood vessels healthy, in addition to having favorable effects on blood lipids.

Ginger is an antioxidant powerhouse with a lot of flavonoids, helping the fight against aging. It has a strong flavor, but a great kick start to your body.

Almonds and its milk are filled with monounsaturated fats, fiber, and the nutrients biotin and vitamin E, almonds provide a slew of heart protecting and blood sugar-regulating benefits.

Pineapple contains plenty of nutrients and beneficial compounds, such as vitamin C, manganese, and enzymes to help aid digestion. Eating fresh or roasted ripe pineapple may help boost immunity, lower cancer risk, and improve recovery time after surgery.

Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. Some research suggests that it may help support blood sugar control, protect against heart disease, and reduce inflammation.

Broccoli is rich in sulfur-containing compounds known as glucosinates. Human studies show that glucosinate containing compounds may trigger detoxifying enzyme systems in the body. Increasing consumption of glucosinates may help to fuel this process.

Oranges have long been hailed as the go-to immune-boosting fruit, and for good reason. This juicy citrus is filled with vitamin C, as well as fiber, folate, vitamin B1, and potassium. They also taste delicious, making them an easy choice smoothies.

Berries are not only are they tasty and pretty, they are packed with powerful antioxidants and vitamins and low in calories. One of my favorites ever.

Chia / Flax Seeds are omega powerhouse and easy to use. Packed with omega-3s, which reduce inflammation and even protect the skin from sun damage, they are a complete protein. They have a ton of calcium, fiber, and zinc.
