Why I love it

Spinach is a great source of glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant, DNA protector, immunity strengthener, and free-radical fighting agent. Plus a lot of vitamins and easy to use in everything.

Broccoli is rich in sulfur-containing compounds known as glucosinates. Human studies show that glucosinate containing compounds may trigger detoxifying enzyme systems in the body. Increasing consumption of glucosinates may help to fuel this process.

Oranges have long been hailed as the go-to immune-boosting fruit, and for good reason. This juicy citrus is filled with vitamin C, as well as fiber, folate, vitamin B1, and potassium. They also taste delicious, making them an easy choice smoothies.

Berries are not only are they tasty and pretty, they are packed with powerful antioxidants and vitamins and low in calories. One of my favorites ever.

Chia / Flax Seeds are omega powerhouse and easy to use. Packed with omega-3s, which reduce inflammation and even protect the skin from sun damage, they are a complete protein. They have a ton of calcium, fiber, and zinc.

Coconut Water is good source of electrolytes, aids in digestion, loads of vitamins, gives you energy, stabilizes blood sugar, and reminds me of being on a tropical island :)
