Hi :) I’m Jen

I’ve been on a health journey for over a decade — and it’s evolved a lot. What started with vanity (let’s be real) deepened with loss, softened with motherhood, and now feels like a full-circle return to the truth: that beauty, healing, and connection aren’t things we have to earn — they’re things we get to remember.

These days, I’m less interested in chasing perfection and more devoted to honoring the mess and the magic. Some days I’m a glowing goddess sipping herbal tea after my a workout. Other days I’m stress-scrolling, snapping at my husband, eating snacks over the sink. What I’ve learned is that your awareness is your power. And when you soften into yourself — with your mood swings, sugar cravings, bad habits, deep knowing, and highest intentions — you start living from a place of real alignment.

That’s what Good Vibe Jen is about.
It’s not about being the best — it’s about feeling better.
It’s about creating a life that feels like yours — grounded, alive, deliciously imperfect.

I’m a yogi, a writer, a wife, a mama, a forever student of the body, mind, and spirit.
Raised in Arizona, shaped by 10 years in San Francisco, and now finding roots in Austin, TX.
I dream of circles of women gathering to celebrate our creative force, share our wisdom, and be real, not the best.
